Download lead sheet to edit into finale for perfonal use?

Is it possible to download a lead sheet into finale and then add other parts such as harmony and accompaniment? I would like to make choral arrangements for my school and would like to cut down on the input time. I do not intend to upload it to wikiphonia after editing since it only supports lead sheet format.
