transcription of "Send in the clowns" for sax alto

Hello, I just discovered Wikifonia, and it seems very efficent and rich.
I read that for the transcription for sax alto it was sufficient to choose -3, but the resulting notes seem very strange (too low for a sax alto!).
What is the problem?
