Indeed, genre is a must have. Besides genre, one could also think of year, album, and perhaps a few more you would like to browse on.
The reason why we didn't implement this yet, is because we don't know yet how we could implement this: as taxonomy or rather folksonomy? Do you have an idea? Perhaps another website which has a nice solution for this issue?
