Sheet music does not display - resolved

OK, here is what worked for me.

I did a download of the updates, then did a cold boot. (you need to completely turn off the PC and start it up again, warm boots seem to leave things in memory and will not update )

for some reason I needed to do the update twice, don't understand it, but now it seems to work.

The music which did not display, works now.
